"Staring at sidewalks, hiding my track marks..."

As I'm typing my last post of 2007, the time on my computer's clock says that it's 11:33 PM.

I was discussing this with Jason earlier today, and I can honestly say without an ounce of doubt in my mind that the bad parts of 2007 totally outweighed the good parts of 2007.

Go, pessimism.

This year wasn't that great. From the end of sucky grade eleven year to a crap-tastic summer to an even shittier autumn, from isolation to seclusion, from grey to darkness- 2007, in my mind, will forever be defined as the shit year. All it taught me is that I cannot wait to graduate.

So, in about a year, I will read this post and hopefully laugh at what I'm saying because 2008 will have been that awesome.

... I won't make New Year's resolutions because I can't keep them. All I hope for is new people, compassion, transgressiveness, some originality and more than a tiny school next to a heritage neighbourhood.
